Kana Yamaguchi has performed in chamber music ensembles for 7 years. While studying at the Tokyo College of Music, she joined the Bavarian State Youth Orchestra.
She won 2nd place at the North International Music Competition and 4th place at the 29th Japan classical music competition, the highest honor since 1st to 3rd place prizes were not awarded.
Member of the Hector Quartet which was invited to perform at the Czech Embassy in Japan in December 2019 and participated in the 40th Kusatsu International Summer Music Academy & Festival.
With the quartet she attended the Panocha Quartet masterclass.
